  • Support is provided for customers or their designated developers. You may be required to verify your purchase (e.g. providing your tbx-purchase-id) if you did not log in with your Discord account.
  • Our support team is here to assist you, and we expect all interactions to be conducted in a respectful manner.

  Intellectual Property:
  • You are strictly prohibited from leaking or sharing our scripts, as this will result in a report to Tebex and a ban from all affiliated platforms.
• 
  Payments and Refunds:
  • Do not attempt a chargeback on our products, as this may result in a ban from most Tebex-integrated stores. Please review our refund policy for details on requesting a refund.

  Support Ticket Closure:
  • If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, your support ticket will be automatically closed.
