All Payments are Final and Non-Refundable
However, if you encounter a bug that is a result of an error on our side, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may open a support ticket on our Discord server. If we determine the problem is due to an error on our end, we may approve a refund request.
Please note the following exceptions where refunds will not be issued:
- Use of a heavily modified, outdated, or incomplete version of a framework required by our product
- Use of a framework that is not intended for our product or has been heavily modified
- Issues arising from custom modifications you have made to the framework
Any refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of your purchase.
Do not attempt a chargeback with your bank or PayPal, as this may result in a ban from our and most other webstores. For any additional questions, please contact our support team.
